A collaboration between Candlenut (the world’s first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant) and Supermama pays homage to the Peranakan heritage. Peranakan tiles combined with iconic floral motifs.
The pair of Peranakan Mamazara — which means “small plate” in Japanese — are made in crafts facilities in Japan. The vivid colors of these mamazara are evocative of Kutani-yaki, a traditional style of pottery originating from the Ishikawa prefecture known for its multi-colored glaze and bold patterns.
